How much does shipping cost?
How soon will my order be shipped?
In stock items are available for dispatch within 48 hours after payment is received. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery time frames, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as any other shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All club equipment and activator orders will be received within 5 working days.
All participant orders will be received within 7 working days.
Can I pick up my items?
The All Stars Cricket Shop operates as an online store only and any purchases made through the shop can be purchased online only with delivery only.
Do we offer an express service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an express post service
Can I change my delivery address details after I have placed my order?
Please check your order details and shipping details prior to placing your order as it is not possible to change these details after an order is placed.
Can I supply a residential or business address for my order?
Yes, we can delivery to both residential and business addresses. We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.
What should I do if my order is faulty or incomplete on arrival?
Please contact us by lodging a ticket enquiry by clicking the ‘Help’ button in the bottom right corner of the shop. If you have a faulty product, please include photos of the items to show the problem.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment only by Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or any other forms of payment. Payment must be received prior to your order being dispatched. All Stars Store Credit can also be used to pay for Activator and Club orders.
My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?
Our shopping cart will allow you to re-attempt to make a payment, please check you have entered all correct details including expiry date and that funds are available.

Activators
How do I check how much store credit I have?
You can check how much store credit you have by logging into your account. The amount of credit you have will show on the right hand side in green under your Account Details.
How do I redeem my store credit?
Store Credit is automatically redeemed at the checkout. Please add your items to your cart and click checkout. Once you click check out, you should see your store credit be redeemed automatically and come off the total amount of your order.
Why don’t I have any store credit?
There could be a number of reasons that you do not have store credit in your account. For the 2022 Season, All Stars Centres will receive £5 per participant at their centre. This store credit is put directly into your online shop account if you are the Key Club Contact for your club in Clubspark. The credit will begin to be added to your account after you reach 10 participant sign ups. If you do not have any store credit, this might be because you are not the Key Contact in ClubSpark, because you are yet to have 10 participants sign up for the 2021 season or because your store credit has already been redeemed on a previous order. Store Credit is only for All Stars Clubs in 2022. Dynamos Clubs receive a kit allocation instead.
What free kit is my club eligible for?
New All Stars Centres: New All Stars Centres in 2022 are will receive a Full Centre Kit, Banners and 4 x Activator T-Shirts when your club reaches 10 participants. They will also receive £5.00 of store credit per participant to spend on the shop.
Returning All Stars Centres: Returning All Stars Centres in 2022 will receive £5.00 of store credit per participant to spend on the shop. This store credit can be used to purchase whatever items your club needs!
New Dynamos Centres: New Dynamos Centres in 2022 will receive a Full Centre Kit, Banners, 4 Activator Mid Layers and 4 x Activator T-Shirts when your club reaches 10 participants. When your centre reaches 36 participants, 72 participants and 108 participants (and so on), you will receive another Centre Kit, 2 x Activator Mid Layers and 2 x Activator T-Shirts. Each centre will also receive a box of Topps Cards with each Centre Kit.
Returning Dynamos Centres: Returning Dynamos Centres in 2022 will receive a Top Kit, 2 x Activator Mid Layers and 2 x Activator T-Shirts when your club reaches 10 participants. Clubs will be eligible to receive the same kit again when they reach 36 participants, 72 participants and 108 participants (and so on). Each centre will also receive a box of Topps Cards with each Top Up Kit.
How do I get the free equipment for my centre?
If you are a new All Stars Club or a new or returning Dynamos Club in 2022, you are eligible for a free kit allocation. These products will be automatically added into your cart if you are the Key Club Contact in Clubspark. The Key Club Contact will receive an email from the shop asking them to either activate their account (if they have not previously) or to log in to their existing account. Once you log in and click into your cart, you will see any kit there. For the Activator T-Shirts and/or Mid Layers, select the sizes that you require. If you wish to shop for more equipment before checking out, simply add the other products you would like into your cart before you hit checkout.
How do I check if I am the Key Contact for my Club?
This can be done by logging into ClubSpark. Please contact Customer Service if you are unable to do this.
Why don’t I get any free equipment?
For the 2021 season, only new All Stars and Dynamos clubs will be receiving the specified Centre Kit, Banners and Activator T-Shirts. Returning All Stars Centres will receive £5 of store credit per participant at the centre to redeem on whatever they require from the All Stars Dynamos Cricket Shop, instead of having specific equipment allocated.
I am a Dynamos Activator and my club has just reached 10/36/72 participants – How do I redeem my free kit?
The kit will be added to the shop account of the Key Club Contact of your club. If that is you, log into your account and then click into the cart – you should see your free kit there. Simply select your sizes for the Activator T-shirts and Mid Layers and checkout.
How do I select the size t-shirts and/or mid layers I want with my free Dynamos or All Stars Centre Kit?
Your t-shirts and/or mid layers will already be added into the cart, however there is a dropdown button that allows you to select your desired size.
Can I spend my store credit on any items?
Store credit can be spent on any Club or Activator products. Store credit cannot be used for individual participant items.
My club is an existing All Stars Club and has just reached 36 participants. Why don’t I get a free Centre Kit?
For the 2022 season, returning All Stars clubs will receive £5 of store credit per participant to be spent on the All Stars Online Shop. This provides clubs with more flexibility to purchase the items that they require for their club instead of being given a specific Centre Kit, Banners and Apparel Bundle.
I can’t log into my account. What do I do?
If you have previously activated your account, then try clicking the ‘I forgot my Password’ button to reset your password. If you have not activated your account then check your emails (please check your junk/spam to ensure it hasn't been missed) for an Account Invite email where you will be able to activate your All Stars Dynamos Shop Account and set up your password. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us by lodging a ticket enquiry by clicking the 'Help' icon in the bottom right hand corner of the shop.
I didn’t receive an email to activate my account. How can I get my free equipment and access my store credit?
If you are the Key Contact in Clubspark for your club and did not receive your email to activate your account, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure the email did not go in there. Please also ensure you have allowed 48 hours after your 10th participant registration before contacting us. If you still do not have the email after this time, please contact us by lodging a ticket enquiry by clicking the 'Help' Icon in the bottom right hand corner of the shop.
I have just become the Key Club Contact for my club, but I can’t access my store credit – what do I do?
If you have just become the Key Contact in ClubSpark, there is a chance this has not yet been updated on the shop. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to be updated on the shop, and if it has not happened after this time, then please submit a ticket enquiry to the help desk by clicking the "Help" icon on the bottom right hand corner of the shop.
How do I redeem the kit for my All Stars or Dynamos Club for this season?
1. When your centre reaches 10 participants for All Stars or Dynamos, the Key Contact at your club will be set up with an account on the All Stars and Dynamos Online Shop
2. The Key Contact at your club will receive an Account Activation email.
3. Click the blue ‘Activate my Account’ button in this email and set up your password.
4. You will then be redirected to your account, where you will see any store credit that you have to spent and if you are eligible for any free kit.
Parents
I can see things about store credit and free equipment on the shop. How do I get this?
Store credit and free equipment are only available to All Stars and Dynamos Centres only. Unfortunately, parents and participants are not eligible for this.
Why can I only order one personalised t-shirt per order?
Due to the way personalised t-shirts are processed and printed, there can only be one per order. If you need to order more than one, we advise you to place multiple separate orders. There is no delivery charge, so there is no added cost to do this. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Why am I not able to order a stump set?
Unfortunately, at this stage, we are not able to offer the stump set to be purchased individually on the shop. We apologise for this inconvenience.
